Getting Started with Poser 5

Or you can choose a Poser 5 procedural texture like this leopard one. It's in the Basic Materials folder. Be sure to apply it to both the top and the sleeves. You can see where it's applied as it turns white in the preview window. don't worry, you're not supposed to see the shader untill it is rendered
